Welcome! My name is Erin Morse and I am an Orlando Divorce and Family Law Attorney. If you are looking for a family law attorney, you have come to the right place. I hope you find the information you are seeking and inevitably call me to discuss your family law matter.
I fight relentlessly for my clients cause, and most importantly, I pick up the phone when they need to speak to me. I fully immerse myself in my client’s issues. I make myself available as much as humanly possible including nights, and weekends. My staff is competent, experienced and I consider them an extension of myself. I do everything in my power to guide their case where it needs to go, that includes working collaboratively with opposing counsel to facilitate this process: whether that be in mediation, hearings, or at the time of trial. This process also includes getting aggressive when attempts at resolution are not successful.
If you are searching for a competent Orlando Attorney, I’m glad you stopped by and took the time out of your busy schedule. I will try to be brief. That said, I encourage you to give me and my team a call now to discuss your issues and discover how to get a resolution to your matter.
Here are some of our practice areas at the Law Office of Erin Morse located in Orlando, Florida:
Orlando Military Divorce
Orlando Child Custody
Orlando Child Support
Orlando Time Sharing & Visitation
We serve all of Central Florida, and our office is conveniently located in downtown Orlando in the beautiful Point Ivanhoe Building. We know you have many options when looking for a Divorce and Family Law Firm in the Orlando area. The options may be overwhelming. There are a lot of attorneys in the area, and a lot of them claim to be aggressive, affordable, and experienced, but seldom do you get the whole package.
We also encourage you to do something that other attorneys don’t. Call around. You may have already started your search and quickly realized that it’s not easy getting an actual attorney on the phone to discuss your issue. At first you get some icy robot on the phone, or worse, an answering service. You must set an appointment days or weeks later, sometimes they charge you for the appointment, maybe they can fit you in this week… Good luck with that.
Feel free to call around, then CALL US …
Call us … I promise you will talk to me, Erin Morse, or one of my knowledgeable staff, same day and in many instances right away! We come to the phone and go over your issue on the phone. Most times we can get started right away without the need for you to drive to our office. We have easy payment options and we get to work right away! Your time is as valuable and important as ours, let’s not waste it.
So, let’s be simple…
How much does an Orlando Family Law attorney cost?
Unfortunately since each case has its own unique needs, the fees can vary … I know, I know, lame answer. The best way to find out is to give us a call and let me or one of my staff hear you out on your issue and address all of your concerns. On average, it takes no more than 10 minutes of explaining your case before we can quote you a fee. if you feel our price is ridiculous feel free to hang up on us and try someone else. What you will find is our prices are very competitive…
Basically, we charge an initial non-refundable retainer. In most cases this retainer will get you to mediation where cases are often settled. If your case goes past mediation, you may incur a little extra. Throughout this process we will give you a monthly break down and accounting of what is left, sent right to you, no surprises. We will inform you in advance what the costs are and how we can expect to get resolution. Simple, right?
Exceptions: Mid to High net-worth property division where there is complex asset discovery. These cases are naturally more complex and sometimes require substantial investigation. So we can make sure we’ve gotten it right the first time, if you are in this category call us to discuss, and our team can give you a road-map of how to handle this process and what to expect.
Last piece of advice …
It’s always heartbreaking when we get calls from people who have spent thousands on attorney’s fees and have not even made it to mediation, or worse, are no closer to resolving their issue than when they started months ago. If you already have an attorney and you feel you are spending WAY more than you should be, its OK to get a second opinion. We frequently take cases where the client has already started with another attorney and we typically are able to finish their case for a fraction of what they may have already spent or were going to spend. The process of switching attorneys is quick, simple, and painless, I promise.
