Erin E. Morse, Esquire is an up-and-coming powerhouse in the Orlando area. It was while working under the tutelage of a distinguished Winter Park Divorce attorney that Erin honed her skills and developed a passion for helping families through their most difficult times. Her passion continues throughout her practice today in her aggressive representation of each of her clients in seeking the best resolution to their unique situation.

Erin is an exclusive Divorce and Family Law Attorney. She and her competent staff handle all Family Law issues, including child custody, child support, divorce, military divorce, modifications, paternity, time-sharing & visitation. Her innate business acumen, natural talent for providing creative legal strategies, and prowess as a litigator combine to offer unparalleled legal protection to her clients.

While Erin is originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, she loves Orlando, “The City Beautiful,” where she attended both the University of Central Florida, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Barry University School of Law. In Law School, her achievements were numerous, including the book award for Motions and Depositions.

Erin is always looking for opportunities to volunteer in the community and also opportunities to contribute to worthy causes that help children who are differently abled. Erin had the opportunity to intern for the Governor of Florida in the Orlando office, supporting the Special Assistant in attendance at local events and contact with the community. Erin has participated in volunteer services for the community, including Volunteer work at the Coalition for the Homeless in Central Florida Volunteer Tax Services through VITA, and has been privileged to work as a Guardian ad Litem representing the interests of children.
